No, but I think the alcohol will sterilise the drink. However, if you had to do that all day, just think how dry your skin would get! Aieeeee!!!!
I saw that too, and was grossed out on many levels. I believe we can post examples of misogyny here - don't think there is a separate forum for that.
The distiller is not the only capitalist involved in gross misogyny. The Globe is giving them free publicity with this sensationalist story that is nothing but a marketing ploy.
Actually, I'm very surprised if such a practice is actually allowed in Germany - not because it demeans women, but because that country has long prided itself on its strict food and beverage salubrity laws. A Bavarian law against any adulterants in beer was the first such law of its kind.
