CRTC survey on the future of TV in Canada

With the new CRTC ruling I'll be getting rid of as many corporate news channels as possible, as well as the main corporate network channels, none of which I spend any time watching.  Think I'll pare all the way down to the new basic package in fact just to maintain high speed connectivity, and android what I want to watch through a cell phone.
