An Act to Establish a National Cycling Strategy Private Member's Bill

Here is a link to a private members bill introduced by my MP.  Please sign the petition embedded in it.

Would you know if it has been translated into French? I don't want to do it if it has already been done. I'll check to see whether my MP Alexandre Boulerice (whom I often run into when we are cycling - all my elected officials cycle around the neighbourhood) has signed it yet. I'll send it to him and to the Mtl Cycling Coalition.

Vive la vélorution!

His website appears to be unilingual but there is a link at the bottom to the Bill itself, which is in both official languages.

Yes, I wrote to Alexandre Boulerice's office, and there is something in the works here, but it is less comprehensive. Normally Johns should be able to have the Plan translated by the feds.

I'll also be sending it to Québec solidaire and to Projet Montréal - the latter has some very interesting proposals on "mobility", whether public or active transport.
