If the UK were to just sit down and do nothing and pretend that referendum never happened then in 2019 we'll be calling it "Breviction".
What keeps getting ignored is that the EU is also involved.
If I decide, one day, to stop eating meat, I can do that. And I can also decide, after I regret it, to not stop eating meat. I can do that too.
But if I quit my job, or divorce my wife, or move out of my apartment, I cannot just, a year later, expect my job back, my wife back or my apartment back.
Because my former employer, my ex-wife and my former landlord are also involved in those decisions, and maybe they don't really care about my buyer's remorse. Maybe they're all happy to be rid of me.
