Who’s more obsessed with Hillary Clinton, Fox or NDPP?

That one's a thinker.  Two points that should be made here, though:

1) Most of us who are arguing that there's no point in continuing to spend time attacking Hillary, a FORMER politician, are not apologists for or defenders of her flaws, and none of us have defended-or find defensible-her xenophobic statement on refugees.

2) The article from the two former Hillary staffers was not a call for Hillary to run-it was a passive-aggressive attack on Hillary FROM THE RIGHT from people who think she should have run on Bill Clinton's 1990s policies and that the Democrats should never, ever deviate from those policies.  The article should have been headlined "Hillary will run...and Hillary will lose".

What It Means That Hillary Clinton Might Run For President in 2020

https://www.counterpunch.org/2018/12/06/what-it-means-that-hillary-clint...

"...As 2018 nears its end, the top of the Democratic Party is looking to continue Clintonism without the Clintons. Or maybe Clintonism WITH the Clintons. A real possibility is now emerging that Hillary Clinton will run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.

That's where we are now - not only with the grim prospect that ['Crooked'] Hillary Clinton might run for president again, but more fundamentally with corporate allegiances still dominating the Democratic Party leadership.

Whether or not Hillary Clinton runs for president again, Clintonism is a political blight with huge staying power..."

And even greater losing power.

“Clintonism”

I’m going to start using this term more often now that I’ve heard it. Seems to fit right.

I think Hillary’s thing is that she’s addicted to campaigning. She’s got to know she’ll never win, but she keeps doing it like some kind of junkie

Mr. Magoo

Be careful using a word if you're not ready to state plainly and clearly what it means.

Hillary Clinton reminds me of Emmanuel Goldstein from the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. Thank Ford we have [Big Brother] Trump to protect us from Hillary! Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up!...

Agreed.  But voting third-party in presidential elections does nothing to fight it.   It's not to the greater good that the second Bush ended up in power in 2000 or that 2016 had the result it did.  The need is to make a real argument for the Democratic Party to reject Clintonism and build an alternative to it...not to work for the defeat of the Democratic ticket for the SAKE of defeating the Democratic ticket. There are better ways.  And it's much easier to elect alternative politicians in winnable races-so why NOT focus on House seats(like those races where the three Greens made it to the top-two fall ballot in California, for example)or state legislative or U.S. Senate seats?  Why, instead of that, focus on a race in which the Electoral College makes anything but a Republican or Democratic presidential victory impossible?  Why not fight the duopoly where it can actually be beaten?

Just imagine Canada does their bidding.

voice of the damned

So, what are we supposed to conclude from the apparent fact that Trump ignored the Clintons? That they don't get along? That's been obvious for a while, I'd say.
