You were trying to link to something about Mueller, North, but nothing on the link you posted seemed to reference Mueller or the investigation at all.
Perhaps he was speaking about this:

When I saw this yesterday I wondered if Trump knew it was coming when he scheduled his speech.
It is unclear if Trump wanted to do something else in his speech and was talked out of it but had to go ahead with the speech (Emegency power). A lot of speculation exists about Trump not wanting to do the speech, feeling that he is running out of other options but not really thinking it would help and being unhappy to do it.
Hard to say but is a real question since the speech contained nothing if Trump just wanted to own the news day to avoid something else, which he did, even if it was not a great story.
I think this is a valid question. It is difficult to judge the reasons a person does something if their judgment is considered poor. Was he just lucky that he largely (for just a day) buried a negative story or was that planned? A more artful intelligent source woudl be accused imediately of planning this and understanding the timing. It is possible Trump did but not certain as he is also error prone in communications except to a base where he can make no mistakes as long as he presents an aggressive posture.
Trump as well will soon declare these brown-skined people a national emergency as he will have no choice in an attempt to save face

Let me say something now that isn’t a popular opinion, yet, but I predict will soon become received wisdom: the Senate will vote to convict Trump and it won’t even be close. The media still doesn’t grasp the enormity, and clarity, of the treason Mueller’s report will make public.

TPM Media has a story about a 1958 episode of a tv western series called "Trackdown", which featured a Texas Ranger named Hoby Gilman. In it, a con man convinces the citizens of a small Texas town that only he can save them from the coming end of the world, due to a comet and meteor storm, by selling them a "wall" against the destruction in the form of parasols with mystic symbols printed on them. The reason this is noteworthy is because the fraudster's name is Trump. I am ancient enough that I remember watching the original, although I had forgotten all about it until I watched it again on YouTube.

Appear perhaps but of course there are differences.
The democrats, unlike wha tthe republicans woudl have you believe are not in favour of illegal immigration and were not against all barriers.
That does not mean they want a 5.7 billion dollar wall now.
But they are also close...
