The decision of Ministerio Publico, the only non corruptible Ministry of the National Government ...Guatemala....¨big mistake by the corporate elites of the country, paying off everyone else in sight!¨, to support the Popular Consulta, under rules of the UN Convention on Indigenous Rights, plus the Agreement in Popular Assembly, to launch criminal proceedings in the Highest Court, against the Company, the Local Government and the National Governments Ministry of Energy and Mines...with threat of imprisonment, has serious implications for Canada, totally compromised in its pipeline support, in violation of this self same UN Convention.
