CIA Blames its Proxy for Raid on North Korea's Embassy in Spain

http://t.co/kqDqqbF3Jl

"The CIA is the main suspect in the military style raid on the North Korean embassy in Madrid. It now launched a somewhat hapless effort to deflect from it..."

Kim Jong-un illness rumours denied amid intense speculation

First you post the US fake news site report  and then you post the UK report debunking it. WTF is the point? We already know that CNN is a site that regularly reports fake news stories about foreign states that are outside of the US hegemony.

Let's say he dies then will China step in because it dam well will not risk a US proxy on its only viable land route for invasion.

Despite the PLA being far more capable than 70 years ago, the One Child Policy also means they're more risk averse and no apt to apply light infantry tactics (that won them the war).

Quality light infantry is the bread & butter of any army, look at how Israel has (sadly) declined in quality since becoming more liberalized & moving away from family values..

If by "step in", you mean intervene militarily, I'm not sure why China would do that, unless the death of Kim Jong-un somehow led to the collapse of the entire state apparatus, which seems unlikely.

And wow look how far ahead of the reliable information this has gone. We have heard Kim has had a cardiac procedure and has not been seen since. Most people would be expected to take time off and recover and there is no evidence that this is any more than that. If he did become unable to continue there is no evidence that the there would not be a transition that would succeed.

I was assuming that since he offed a bunch of his relatives then only possibly his sister would be in power.
Also, I hope he gets better because the people of N.K. would suffer far more from the upheavels occuring from regime change than from being integrated into a neo-liberal system that will treat them worse but with better propoganda.

I don't think he has killed enough relatives that there would be no one left to succeed him: as you say, his sister is definitely still alive, and there are likely more.

Plus, the regime extends beyond the ruling family, though admittedly, going by past protocol, those of "royal blood" would be the most plausible candidates.

US Media Fell For Kim Jong Un Rumor From US Govt-Financed Propaganda Outlet

https://t.co/1swG157JpA?amp=1

"...When they published the sensational claims none of the western reports mentioned that the Daily NK is not a regular news outlet. It is a website in Seoul which is run by defectors from North Korea. It has for years been financed by the US government through the National Endowment for Democracy, a CIA offshoot..."

If there's one thing Israel HASN'T done, it's to "liberalize"(other than in the 19th Century European sense of adopting the discredited "free market" economic model).

And I seriously doubt that any Palestinian would accept the idea that the Israel Defense Forces have become less oppressive in its enforcement of the West Bank Occupation and the Siege of Gaza as a result of decisions made by recent Israeli governments to pretend to support LGBTQ rights.

You really REALLY need to clarify what the hell you are talking about here.

I have been surprised by all these speculations without evidence. I figured that if he was recovering he might want to stay out of sight as he may not want how he could look to tarnish his image. As well, it is likely he would have orders from the doctor to stay away from the public due to stress and work. All of this could explain not being seen. It seems many have not heard the old maxim that it is better to presume horses than zebras.
