Special voting and the advanced polls have come and gone.

Election Day is October 21st. The most important contribution you can make in this election is to help get out the vote.

Depending on where you are, you might be banging on doors, or you might be hitting the phones. Whatever the case, go do it. Elections are not a spectator sport.

Afterwards, go to the "Victory Party" and watch the results come in with your friends. The results are going to be interesting to say the least and this experienced is best shared.

Having been to Vancouver only to work at a conference (and enjoy some Asian seafood in the evening), I have no idea whether people can get to Burnaby and back from Van after office hours. Good luck there.

Burnaby to Vancouver has the best transit routes in the Lower Mainland. They are beside each other and share two Skytrain lines that the bus system is built around.
