"Brain in jar" films and computer- man dialogues
I am looking for two kinds of films: Ones where a human brain is kept alive in a jar or whatever and communicates with people. And ones where a human being dialogues with a computer - a classic example being the hokey 1970 s-f epic Colossus - The Forbin Project. Can U help please? If what comes to mind is a novel or comic book along those lines, that is also good for me.

The Dune Prequel novels: "The Butlerian Jihad", "The Machine Crusade", and "The Battle of Corrin" feature The Titans (humans who have transferred their minds into cybernetic bodies, Cymeks (loyal followers of the Titans), and the Cogitors (philosophers who have had their brains put into canisters to remove earthly temptations and to prolong their lives)
Do you already have "Donovan's Brain" starring Nancy Davis in her pre-Ronald Reagan days? "The Brain" (1988) actually wasn't that bad since it didn't try to take itself seriously.
If a head in a jar will do, you can always try the 1963 film "The Brain that Would Not Die" (the lead actor changed his name after this turkey came out)
I cvan remember an episode of the first startrek series like that (THE SAVAGE CURTAIN is the name I think) and as for heads in jar there's always Futurama on teletoon (french and english).
They get kidnapped to a plannet I think where they are made to fight in a gladiator like situation. If they don't fight they got zpped somehow with pain. They meet historical figures like Abraham Lincoln. I remember a bunch of colourfull brains that Spock is tallks to in this dome thing.
With regards to computer-human being dialogue, all the star trek series are pretty good as the computers on the ships have a voice- some of them femlae making it rather interesting in terms of representation of women, objectification. Then there's the holodeck of course where in many episodes a member of the crew engages in personal relationships of one nature or another (some romantic) with computer generated characters.
Can U help please? If what comes to mind is a novel or comic book along those lines, that is also good for me.

You mean Spock's Brain which contained the immortal line: "Brain and brain, what is brain?"
