Sure, and they spent a lot of money on off the beaten track research into mind control throughout the cold war. MK Ultra is said to have been an undertaking on a scale with the Manhattan project. Our own Canadian governments were in on it. Their covert shadow agency is said to be practicing extreme sensory deprivation and other human rights violations in these secret prisons all over the world still. We know who the evol empire is.
Ultra was(is?) an experiment in using chemicals and drugs to alter the behavior of subjects unaware of their participation. It is a program that could have sprung from the mind of Dr. Mengele. Perhaps it did in a way, considering the vast number of Nazis engaged by US intelligence services after the war, and the enthusiasm shown by the US government for grotesque and horrific experiments on its own citizens.
The psychic remote veiwing nonsense is something about which Penn and Teller would have much to say. I think "bullshit" comes immediately to mind, and I ain't no psychic.
Ultra was a big budget military project with dozens of sub-programs. Donald Cameron worked for the OSS before it became the CIA, and some of the people he worked with and whose work he drew upon did so-called research into everything from eugenics and torture to mind control, psychic driving and telepathy. There were a string of scientists in their employ who had the worst of luck falling out of tenth story and higher windows. Not all of the accident-prone were in the MK program.
CIA director Richard Helms(Watergate), no relation to Jesse Helms of the "Helms-Burton" (a different breed of ultra right-wing cold war whacko), is alleged to have ordered all Mk Ultra documentation destroyed and the program ended in 1973. Supposedly.
It's what happens when psychopaths take orders from sociopaths, you get a big bloated politically conservative shadow government bureaucracy where the right hand doesn't know what the other right hand is doing most of the time. Conservatives love bloated bureaucracies. Observe Homeland Security fiasco spilling over into Ottawa's agenda. I think our weak-minded, corrupt Conservative and Liberal politicos could be drone subjects of some MK Ultra sub-program gone awry.

I was clearly referring to the war crimes committed. Anyone who commits war crimes is wide open to be called little bastards regardless of ethnicity. So let's not steer this thread into the rhubarb.

Are these psychics supposed to bring him back from the dead? They must be very skillful psychics.
There are a small number of psychics who can find missing people in remote locations. One psychic has been used to find missing people in Tokyo and is alleged to have located secret military stuff for them at remote locations in the former Soviet Union. And that's no small task considering how so much of Tokyo looks the same from neighborhood to neighnorhood, apartment block to apartment block.
They tried to hire twelve professionals who all refused to work with the military. They've resorted to using novices instead.
