Thirusuj, PLEASE do not reprint entire articles like that.  It is a copyright violation.  Could you please just provide a link, quote a few selected paragraphs to show what it's about, then comment personally if you wish.

 Also, people are more likely to read an article in it's originally published format than a really long post.  The longer your post, the fewer people will read it.
