It clears up what was a bit of a mystery for me. I was baffled at the use of the word by a Canadian in what I presume was somewhat of a press release..

I since have started looking into the Kenney phenomenom. What a piece of work this guy and his mouthpiece are !

 

I hope his views are soon given more prominence. I think Canadians need more exposure to this minister.
