In this episode of ALERT we interview Stewart Myiow concerning the case of Six Nations Mohawk, Trevor Miller. Miller was arrested near Grassy Narrows on charges related to the Six Nations Land Reclamation adjacent to Caledonia. Miller sat in a Hamilton jail for four months before his case was first heard. Miller challenged the jurisdiction of the court and returns to court on December 20. Stewart Myiow is a representative of the Mohawk traditional council. We also interview Lynette Shultz concerning child labour in Canada and around the world. Shultz is the Director of the Global Education Network of Educational Policy Studies, University of Alberta.
