In this presentation Kolhatkar offers a critique of Canada’s military role in Afghanistan, while specifically focusing on the situation facing Afghani women and the organizing of RAWA [the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan].

Kolhatkar is the coordinator of the Afghan Women's Mission based out of Los Angeles. In this presentation Sonali spoke on the current reality in Afghanistan four years after the U.S, lead attack, invasion and military occupation. The Afghan Women's Mission works closely with RAWA [the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan] to support health, education, and other programs for Afghan women.
