Show Notes:
The war on the city continues in Toronto where the mayor and company continue to attack the idea of a city, as many politicians around the world attack the idea of a public commons and instead worship at the alter of public policy as business. How low can this go? Perhaps only in the U.S. (and maybe because it is only here that a "debt-ceiling" exists) can a ceiling be a floor. The general public welfare isn't the debate, it is: how many cuts can we make?
