If passed, Bill 68 would force workers to fight for unpaid wages before filing a claim with the Ministry of Labour.
“When you look at what happened in B.C. when they brought in the same measures, claims dropped by 46 per cent,” says Sonia Singh of the Workers’ Action Centre.
