In meetings beginning on Wednesday, Feb. 23, City Council will vote on the Budget Committee’s recommendation to close the Urban Affairs Library at Metro Hall.
So Toronto Public Library Workers Union Local 4948 rallied Tuesday outside Metro Hall at 55 John Street in Toronto.
