Ryerson University marks Day of Remembrance for women

It’s a few minutes before noon on Thursday and more than 60 people are gathered at the December 6 sculpture on the east side of the Kerr Hall quadrangle at Ryerson University in Downtown Toronto.

It’s called the Tree of Hope and serves as a focal point for Ryerson's annual December 6th Memorial observances.
