Guelph has caught a summer fever - by-election fever. The leaders of the four parties with "declared" candidates have been through town, some more than once. Jack Layton stopped by this past weekend in support of Tom King at a Community BBQ and spoke with Scott about the NDP's plans for working families, the environment and the by-election. Although it hasnt been officially declared, the electioneering has been going on for months. Stephane Dion arrives in town today but its hard for a working guy to catch a noon hour visit.
