On October 16, the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, launched Conflict, Crisis and Accountability: Racial profiling and law enforcement in Canada. The book examines developments contributing to ongoing conflicts between law enforcement officials in Toronto and the city's African Canadian community and features a history of racial profiling in Canada, U.S. and the U.K., as well as ongoing efforts to reduce and eliminate racial profiling in domestic law enforcement.
