Lockheed Martin is the world's biggest arms exporter and they just got a two billion dollar contract from the Canadian government. The federal government is quietly increasing the military budget so that, by 2027, Canada will be spending 30 billion dollars per year. We speak with Tamara Lorincz of the Halifax Peace Coalition.
