This month, 25 years after a chemical disaster which killed tens of thousands, an Indian court sentenced seven former Union Carbide employees to two years in prison.   The Indian government has set a dangerous precedent in its handling of the case, according to Rachna Dhingra of the International Campaign for Justice in Bhopal.
