Tankers holding three times as much oil as the Exxon Valdez spilled are travelling through Vancouver's harbour twice a week, taking tarsands oil off for export. Accountant Bill Gannon is with the citizen group No Tanks. He's prepared a risk assessment of the tanker traffic.
