Kyle Freeman was found guilty of negligence for lying on the screening questionnaire administered to blood donors. The Canadian AIDS Society argues that the questionnaire needs to be changed. Douglas Elliott represented the Canadian AIDS Society in the case and discusses some of the ramifications of the judge's decision.
