The current city council in Abbotsford is asking residents to agree to a public-private partnership with a foreign consortium to make much-needed improvements to the water system. The federal government is offering $65 million of federal money for the project, but only if Abbotsford voters agree to the P3. Lynn Perrin is with Water Watch Abbotsford-Mission.
