A new study on Canada's energy policy says government actions are driven by the market forces, rather than careful planning to ensure good economic, environmental and labour outcomes. The study was produced by John Calvert and Marjorie Griffin Cohen for the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. John Calvert teaches at Simon Fraser University.
