Local neighbourhood associations currently govern the bulk of the funding communuity centres use to provide programming. Now the City of Vancouver is looking at greater centralization. Anita Romaniuk is a former Park Board commissioner for the Coalition of Progressive Electors. She speaks with Redeye host Lorraine Chisholm.
