Coalition documents suppression of dissent in Canada

The Voices-Voix coalition says the government has undermined democratic institutions, eroded free speech, and deliberately silenced individuals who disagree with their policies. In October, Voices-Voix submitted a report to the UN Universal Periodic Review.  Pearl Eliadis is a human rights lawyer from Montreal and a member of the coalition. She speaks with Redeye host Lorraine Chisholm.
