Understanding the current tensions with Korea

In February, North Korea carried out its third nuclear test. UN sanctions and mutual accusations of hacking by North and South Korea followed. And just last week the North moved missiles into place. Christine Hong is an assistant professor at UC Santa Cruz and a board member of the Korea Policy Institute. She speaks with Redeye host Mordecai Briemberg.
