At first glance, the photographs looks like a shot of a woman's breasts. As you get closer, you realize it's made up of 32,000 Barbie dolls.

When you read the title of the print, you find out that the 32,000 dolls represent the number of elective breast augmentation surgeries in the U.S. each month.
