The government-sponsored ads encourage gamblers to "Know your limit, play within it".  But Zeus Yaghi says that the average gambler is not the person spending a few dollars of disposable income on a harmless form of entertainment. He says it's more likely someone on a fixed income going into debt in their efforts to escape poverty and that governments shouldn't be supporting it.
