Algerian refugee claimant sent back to a U.S. jail

Benamar Benatta filed a refugee claim at the Canadian border just 6 days before the terrorist attack on New York. He was sent back to the U.S. as a suspect in the bombing.

He was then held for 5 years, long after the CIA said he was not involved in the attack. Now he's asking the Canadian government for a review of his case. We speak with his lawyer.
