The B.C. government's plan calls for doubling the number of buses in the Lower Mainland and rapid transit to UBC, Central Surrey and the northeast sector.
But it's not going to address the needs of people who travel from suburb to suburb or who need a financial incentive to get out of their cars. We speak with Paul Richard of the Sierra Club.
