B.C.'s enhanced driver's licence alarms privacy commissioners

A pilot program of the B.C. government is giving about 800 people the option to get a new driver's licence that encodes their personal information, allowing them to pass through the Canada-U.S. border without a passport. Privacy commissioners across Canada have raised concerns about these new licences.
