Canada votes against UN declaration on indigenous human rights

The U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples was adopted by the United Nations Human Rights Council this summer. Only 2 countries voted against it - one of them was Canada. First Nations, Inuit and Metis organizations are frustrated and disappointed with the Canadian government's efforts to stall the declaration. We speak with Celeste McKay of the Native's Women's Association of Canada.
