Identity theft refers to a fraud that involves getting money or other benefits by pretending to be someone else. The B.C. Freedom of Information and Privacy Association is sponsoring a privacy and ID theft conference at the end of November. We speak about the issue with Richard Rosenberg, president of BC FIPA.
