Show Notes:
Canada is the largest foreign supplier of energy resources to the world's largest consumer, the United States. The Athabasca tar sands in northern Alberta are providing much of the oil we export. Hugh McCullum is author of “Fuelling Fortress America”, a report sponsored by the Parkland Institute, the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives and the Polaris Insitute.
