Frank Paul was a 47-year-old Mi’kmaq man from New Brunswick. He was found dead in a Vancouver alleyway in December 1998 after being left there by Vancouver police.

An inquiry into Frank Paul’s death started in mid January. Former B.C. Supreme Court Judge William H. Davies is presiding over the inquiry.

Kat Norris is a First Nations activist with Indigenous Action Movement. She has been an important voice calling for the inquiry.
