Funding for the Liberal “National Homelessness Initiative” runs out at the end of February. The Conservative “Homelessness Partnering Strategy” starts handing out money on April 1.

This gap left 20 organizations in danger of closing their doors and turns their clients out on to the street, until the Aboriginal Homelessness Steering Committee raised the alarm.
