Immigration officials used two elementary school children as bait to entrap their mother. They detained a further two high school children until their parents came forward. Bruce Davis is very concerned about these actions and is working with other trustees and his counterparts in the Catholic school system to develop strategies for schools faced with these kinds of situations.
