The International Court of Justice has ruled that the West Bank wall is illegal under international law. Jon Elmer has been in Bil'in, one of the many Palestinian villages where the people find themselves cut off from their land and their crops. Bil'in is unusual in that there has been ongoing non-violent resistance against the wall.
