School board liable for homophobic bullying; predatory lending

A North Vancouver high school student took a complaint to the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal when his school failed to protect him from homophobic bullying. In October 2004, Azmi Jubran won his case when the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear the school district's appeal. He talks about what he experienced and what he thinks the school could have done to prevent it from continuing.
