Sea lice driving wild salmon runs to extinction

Martin Krkosek studied the effects of sea lice from fish farms on salmon runs on the B.C. coast. He found that pink salmon runs where the fry migrate past fish farms are facing extinction within two salmon generations, or four years. His study was published last week in Science.
