Provincial and federal governments have been pushing public-private partnerships for more than a decade. Critics says that P3s are a more expensive option and that governments like them because they hide the public debt.

The Canadian Union of Public Employees commissioned a prominent Vancouver accounting firm to do an audit of P3s. We speak about the report with Kathy Corrigan, a researcher at CUPE.
