The Board of Variance is the place to go if the city turns you down for a permit for your deck. It also the place for a final appeal against a development that you and your neighbours don't want in your neighbourhood. Vancouver City Council rescinded the appointments of the board on June 29th. Quincey Kirschner is one of the fired board members.
