Vancouver at a transportation crossroads

| February 5, 2006

Show Notes:

The Gateway Project is an ambitious plan to twin one of the major crossings of the Fraser River, the Port Mann bridge, and widen the Trans-Canada Highway to eight lanes right into the heart of the city. Eric Doherty thinks the plan won't solve Vancouver's traffic woes -in fact, it will only make things worse. He is author of the report "Transport for a Sustainable Region".
