TILMA was signed to remove barriers to trade between the provinces. The funny thing is, there were no barriers to trade in the first place.

Marc Lee is a senior economist with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. He says that the TILMA is about investor rights, pure and simple. This is a talk he gave in Vancouver on September 18.
