Working for a temp agency

There are over 3,000 temp agencies in Canada. Many provinces have little or no legislation to protect workers employed by these agencies and abuses are rampant.

Rick Moffitt is president of the Waterloo Regional Labour Council. He outlines some of working conditions faced by temporary employees and discusses what he thinks governments should do to protect them.
