Stark Raven launched its first program back on Feb 1, 1988 on Vancouver Co-operative Radio. It started as an anti-authoritarian show with a focus on prisoners, as well as animal rights and reports from the anarchist movement of the time. The Stark Raven collective of today continues to focus on the issues of prisoners, incarceration and criminalization.
